Adam represented individual defendants in a dispute concerning their alleged personal responsibility for legal fees incurred by a business. He successfully defended the trial court’s dismissal of claims against those individuals. The Appellate Division affirmed the ruling, concluding that the defendants had not undertaken personal liability under the retainer agreement.

Adam represented defendants in an appellate dispute involving enforcement of an arbitration agreement. The Appellate Division affirmed the lower court’s decision compelling arbitration. Both matters demonstrate Adam’s experience developing legal arguments and defending favorable trial court rulings on appeal. Both appellate opinions are unpublished and nonprecedential.

Adam began his legal career with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he completed an externship involving hundreds of criminal matters, including non-jury trials and felony preliminary hearings.
